In an effort to provide a watch party experience for those who feel comfortable being in a bar setting we have a new location. You won’t see all our normal board members but thanks to our Husker Hosts: Robert and Gayle who are lifelong Husker fans, they will be at Manor Lanes Sports Den in Fort Lauderdale each week to happily welcome any Huskers. This is an indoor bar with 17 TVs. There will be an area dedicated to our games with the audio on throughout the bar. There will be $3 pints of Bud Light / Coors Light/ Miller Lite with a bar menu available. To provide a safe and healthy experience we will be asking for an RSVP if you plan to attend. RSVP via at our Facebook events page at least 2 day before the game. No matter where you plan to root on your Huskers …. wear your red and post your pictures with us each week from your watch party…even if it’s your home!Â
Per the Alumni Association all gatherings must adhere to the regulations of the local government: Attendees of any and all alumni chapter events assume all risks related to attendance, whether such risks occur on location prior to, during or subsequent to the event. The attendee agrees to hold the alumni chapter and Nebraska Alumni Association harmless from any and all theft, damages, illness or injuries that might arise due to attendance at the location. In addition, the attendee agrees to abide by all local health directives and guidelines in place at the location of the event.
